12 houses in 20 years, Ellen Degeneres, the well-known talk show host has kept her house flipping talent under the radar. Two years ago Degeneres and wife star Portia de Rossi purchased a house for $18.6 million, which they are now selling for $24 million. But her signature flip was in 2014 when she sold a home to Sean Parker for $55 million. She originally paid $30 million, and only 6 months prior.
Courtney Cox
Cox has a passion for purchasing historic houses and modernizing them, while successfully upholding the foundation of the property. She has done this many times but her biggest achievement was when she purchased a house in 2004 for $5.45 million, renovated it, and sold it for $20 million.

Maroon 5 Star Adam Levine has listed his Beverly Hills home only a year after moving in. He and his wife Behati Prinsloo originally bought the home for $35.5 million and listed it for $47.5 million. The couple said they invested $7 million.
