Located in Boston, this $90 million estate is 26,623 square feet and is owned by Reebok CEO Paul Fireman. It has eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a country club, and a golf course. The estate is surrounded by 14 acres.
Pumpkin Key — $95 million
Who doesn’t want to live on their very own private island in the Florida Keys? Well, this home is 5,000 square feet and sits on a 26-acre lot. It has one main home containing three bedrooms. It also features several cottages, a dock master’s apartment, a 20-slip marina, and even lots that are available for new development. To top it off, golf cart paths are all over the island, and in the middle of the island, there are tennis courts that double as a helipad.
Fifth Avenue Duplex — $96 million
This $96 million duplex co-op resides at 834 Fifth Avenue in New York City. It has views of Central Park, a library, 12-foot ceilings, 20 rooms, and a wine cellar. This duplex is one of the most expensive homes in NYC, which is one of the most expensive cities in the world to live in. No big deal, right?
Las Varas and Edwards Ranches — $108 million
Las Varas and Edwards Ranches is a $108 million home near Santa Barbara in California. The ranch is 240 acres and has two miles of private beachfront. For this reason, it has spectacular views of the surrounding canyons and oceans. It features a 3,500 square-foot main house, a cottage, a guesthouse, a barn, and lots of outbuildings that date back to the 1880s.
Rancho San Carlos — $125 million
In Montecito, California, you’ll find some of the most expensive real estate in the world. Rancho San Carlos is one of them, with its $125 million price tag. The estate sits on 237 acres and has a 30,000 square-foot main house which was designed by Reginald Johnson back in 1931. In addition, this estate has 10 cottages, equestrian facilities, and many acres of citrus and avocado orchards.
Kensington Palace Gardens — $222 million
Only in London would you find a palace you can live in for just $222 million! It has anything you would ever need and more. With 12 bedrooms, Turkish bathrooms, parking for 20 cars, a tennis court, a health center, and even an auto museum.
Rutland Gate Mansion — $436 million
‘Mansion’ might be a severe understatement in this case. Rutland Gate Mansion is a one-of-a-kind located in London’s Hyde Park neighborhood. The $436 million home has 45 bedrooms, a large swimming pool in the basement, and underground parking. It’s so luxurious that it even used to have bidets covered in semi-precious jewels, gold-plated trash cans, 41 chandeliers, and over 100 gold-plated tissue holders. In the 1990s, the property was furnished by Paris-based photographer and interior designer Alberto Pinto’s company over the course of two years. The company refurbished the house from 1992 until 1994.
Villa Leopolda — $750 million
This $750 million series of villas and gardens are located in Villefranche-sur-Mer on the French Riviera. The incredible waterfront property sits on 18 sprawling acres. At one point it was owned by King Leopold II of Belgium.
Antillia — $1 billion
Last but certainly not least, this $1 billion estate is owned by Indian billionaire industrialist Mukesh Ambani. It flaunts 27 floors and 400,000 square feet. With six underground parking levels, three helipads, and a staff of 600 people, it’s hard to believe one person can afford such a place.
