Although the rankings fluctuate year to year, these ten are usually in the top each and every time. Unsurprisingly, Manhattan dominates our list with 8 out of the 10 spots. Brooklyn is the borough in second place with 2 neighborhoods snagging top 10 spots. As the saying goes, “Brooklyn is the new Manhattan”.
