Mitzi Gaynor – Age 87

Mitzi Gaynor was a well-known singer, actor, and performer during her lifetime. It was through her role in the 1954 film No Business Like Show Business that she gained widespread recognition. After four years, she had established herself as one of the leading lights in the South Pacific, but this was not her only position. She appeared in a number of romantic films, including Golden Child, but her best performance came in Three Young Texans, in which she was the lead female actor. In 1968, she participated in a variety of television activities and earned a total of $50 million. She was a legend, and even younger celebrities, such as Mrs. Maisel, have cited her as a source of inspiration.

John Astin – Age 89

If you were a fan of Gomez Addams, you’d be familiar with John Astin. In the years 1964-1966, The Addams Family was one of the most popular television shows on the air. In 1977, he even appeared on Halloween with his co-actors from the Addams Family, which was a first for him. At 88, actor and voice artist John Astin taught his students how to perform and direct a video at John Hopkins University. Astin and his wife, Valerie Ann, lived in Baltimore at the time of his death. They had five sons, with two of them following in their father’s footsteps. He was a dedicated performer in the 2017 film Justice League Action, in which he received critical acclaim.
